New Book, The Art of Regenerative Facilitation

I’m very happy to share some special news with you: The Art of Regenerative Facilitation, my new online book, is now available in both Spanish and English.

This book began with a question that first emerged in my own experience and that I later found again and again in practice, in conversations, in workshops, and in real processes: many facilitators, even when they are doing their work well, begin to feel that something no longer resonates in the same way. At first, that feeling tends to be rationalized, explained, or normalized. But it remains there, quietly in the background.

In this book, I offer a different perspective on how we perceive, hold, and accompany learning and development processes across coaching, therapy, training, and mentoring.

Even though it is an online book, it is meant to be lived as a real reading experience. One to move through slowly, with curiosity, openness, self-kindness, and a willingness to be surprised by what appears in each chapter and by what begins to unfold within.

One thing I know for sure: after reading it, the way you accompany others will not be the same.
